Jewellery of the Sixties and Seventies: free to create
Thematic tours among pop colors and inspirations
The Jewellery Museum will hold themed guided tours amid pop colours and inspirations linked to the exhibition "Pop Beat Italia 1960-1979" in Basilica Palladiana.
The guided tours will allow visitors to immerse and discover the influences on jewellery forms and materials of the 1960s and 1970s, a period of great creative freedom that saw the explosion of the bijou and artistic jewellery phenomenon, of which the Padua school is a masterful example.
The tours, titled "Jewellery of the Sixties and Seventies: free to create", will take place on Sunday afternoons between 4:30 and 6 p.m., on a rotating basis every half an hour, on March 24, April 28, May 26 and June 30.
The Jewellery Museum will also allow all visitors who show a ticket for the "Pop Beat Italia 1960-1979" exhibition to enter at a reduced price. Residents of Vicenza and province will enjoy a reduced admission of €4 and non-residents €8.
Guided tours have a maximum of 20 participants. Reservations are suggested by emailing or calling +39 0444 320799. For more information: https://www.museodelgioiello.it/it/
